Paula Pereira-Caldwell

Paula Pereira-Caldwell has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Paula currently holds the position of Director, HR Canada at Aspire Bakeries since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Philip Morris International where they held several roles including Head of People Engagement & Organizational Development, Canada from 2017 to 2018, Head of HR, Shared Service Centre Europe, Poland from 2014 to 2017, and Human Resources Manager from 2012 to 2014.

Paula Pereira-Caldwell holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western University. Paula also obtained a Post Grad Certificate in Human Resources Management (CHRM) from the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario. Additionally, they completed a Strategy Course at IMD. In 2018, they completed the Change Management Program at the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
