Arvind Sridharan

Arvind Sridharan has a rich and diverse work experience. Arvind is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Aspire Impact since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director at Aspire Impact, where they played a crucial role in developing India's first Impact Assessment Rating & Certification methodology for corporations, not-for-profits, funds, and CSR projects. Arvind also served as a Director at Aspire Impact from August 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining Aspire Impact, Arvind worked at Tesco as the Head of Service Management from August 2017 to January 2020. Arvind also had a managerial role at Tesco Bengaluru from April 2013 to August 2017, where they served as Manager of Finance Transformation.

Arvind has also worked at Infosys as the Corporate Quality Manager from August 2012 to March 2013. In this role, they administered and managed the Malcolm Baldrige business excellence framework for Infosys Ltd and its group of companies. Arvind also mentored and led Six Sigma projects.

Prior to Infosys, Arvind worked at Tata Teleservices Ltd, where they held various positions related to business excellence from February 2010 to August 2012. Arvind served as the Head of Business Excellence in Mumbai and Gujarat, as well as Deputy Manager of Business Excellence.

Arvind started their career at The Information Company as the General Manager of Communication Solutions from January 2008 to February 2010. Arvind also worked at Citigroup Global Services Ltd as a Credit Risk Analyst from May 2005 to December 2007.

Arvind Sridharan completed an MBA in Finance from an undisclosed institution between 2003 and 2005. Apart from their MBA, they have not pursued any formal degrees. Arvind has additional certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ, which they obtained in 2013.
