Demetrius Dillard

Demetrius Dillard, Sr. brings to Aspire a plethora of knowledge with more than 15 years of healthcare technology and management experience in healthcare. As Senior Director of Information Systems and Technology, Dillard oversees all technical, communications and information systems infrastructure. This includes cloud-based server platforms, databases, and systems related to communication and networking. He provides direction, planning, evaluation, recommendation and policy development pertaining to all technology platforms and information security.

Dillard also acts to oversee and ensure integrity, security, accessibility and risk management of all organization-wide data, identify changes and trends in information systems and technology and interpret their potential impact to all stakeholders in the organization by providing the data necessary to make informed, collaborative decisions.

Dillard has undergraduate degrees from Purdue University with a focus on healthcare technology management and computer information technology, and a Master’s of Business Administration with a focus in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University.

As a strategist, Dillard focuses on the best way to integrate technology that is both purposeful and fiscally responsible. Throughout his career he has been tasked with EHR integration, IS/IT security and infrastructure, HIPAA privacy and security compliance, medical practice transformation, strategic planning and both departmental and organizational governance.

Dillard currently serves on the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) for Medinformatix, an innovative healthcare information technology company. Dillard is also an active volunteer of the Indiana State cybersecurity committee as well as the Indiana Security & Privacy network (InSPN).
