Tim Tucker

Tim Tucker is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, team leadership, and compliance. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Aspire Tours since October 2023, Tim oversees the full-cycle recruitment process and fosters a positive workplace culture. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Director of Recruiting at AVLancer® from October 2019 to August 2023, where a national recruiting strategy was developed. Previous experiences include serving as the Director of Event Technology at Image Audiovisuals, focusing on team performance and labor relations, and as the Director of Audio/Visual Services at PSAV, supervising operations and sales associates. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Communications from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri.
