About the role:

We are looking to hire a Product Director for Cash Management to help us redefine how businesses manage their finances and execute on that vision. In particular, all aspects pertaining to cash management. From core Financial products - traditionally offered by Financial institutions - to related daily operations - traditionally facilitated by separate software tools. This is a fast-paced, highly-impactful and transparent role for a motivated and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Co-define the long term vision for Aspire’s investment & cash management products with the executive team.
  • Define the strategy and roadmap to deliver on that vision over the next 5 years. Taking into account the specific needs of each client segment in the markets we serve, and the regulatory and competitive constraints in each jurisdiction where we operate.
  • Work closely with the following teams: licensing, compliance, regulatory, engineering, and the heads of other product verticals to execute on your roadmap
  • Work closely with client facing teams to craft and execute GTM strategies for products in each market, and ensure strong PMF and traction.
  • Build the team you’ll need to execute on the above.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • 4+ years of experience in investment products for businesses.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong ability to structure, synthesize information and present to executives.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritization and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Founded a startup
  • Previous experience in a Global Payments / FinTech
  • Previous experience in Management Consulting
  • Experience managing Credit / Lending products
