Mike Horton

Mike Horton is currently serving as the Vice President of National Security at ASRC Federal since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from July 2005 to May 2023, including Chief Data Officer, Senior Advisor to the CIO, Deputy Chief Information Officer (Acting), Senior Advisor to the CFO, Chief Information Officer, and Information Technology Officer. Before joining the Department of Homeland Security, Mike worked as the North American Customer Service Manager at Shire Pharmaceuticals from September 2001 to December 2004, and as the Information Technology Manager at Spirit of America National Bank from August 1997 to August 2001.
