Kim Dykeman

Kim Dykeman is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Starting off as a Satellite Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin Corp., they then worked as a Software Engineer at General Dynamics / GTE. They transitioned to a Software Engineer role at Clip2.com, where they re-architected a web-based bookmark service. At Angami Systems/Peoplescape, Kim implemented a web-based solution for employee referral program management and tracking. They then joined NOCPulse, Inc. as a Sr. Software Engineer, focusing on refactoring existing web-based products. Kim further expanded their skills as a Sr. Software Engineer at Red Hat, Inc., leading efforts to re-architect the Red Hat Network service. Following this, they worked as a Manager of Web Services Engineering at Mediabolic, Inc. and then held various roles at Rovi Corporation (now TiVo), including Director of Architecture and Sr. Manager of Software Development. Most recently, Kim became the VP of Engineering at August Home Inc. They have consistently demonstrated their expertise in software development, project management, and architectural design throughout their career.
