Zhao Min K's work experience begins with their current role as a Supplier Intelligence Analyst at Assent, where they conduct extensive research to improve database growth and develop supplier profile dashboards. Prior to this, they worked at SGS as a Team Lead, supervising employees and implementing strategies to increase workflow efficiency. They also contributed to the growth of the organization through the establishment of new test methods. Before that, Zhao Min K worked as a Quantity Surveyor at M&E Company, where they calculated material quantities and prepared Bill of Quantities (BQ). They also have experience as a Microbiologist, first at Viroxy Sdn. Bhd. where they played a key role in obtaining ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation status and later at MY CO2 Group of Companies where they conducted food and pharmaceutical microbiological testing. Their work experience also includes an internship at Universiti Sains Malaysia, where they performed DNA extraction and conducted PCR optimization.

Zhao Min K. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) from 2011 to 2014.
