Ryan St. Onge has worked in various roles since 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Merchandiser at Costco Wholesale, where their responsibilities included stocking the hardlines section of the store and contributing to the maintenance and organization of pallets. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Service Desk Analyst and Problem Manager at CareTech Solutions, where they diagnosed and troubleshot hardware and software related issues via phone and remote tools. Ryan then worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Ascension Information Services (AIS) from 2017 to 2018, where they provided over the phone IT/EMR support for the entire Ascension organization. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Raymond James, where their job duties included troubleshooting of Windows 7 and 10 operating systems, Microsoft inTune, Microsoft Office, CRM, and other software used commonly within the organization. Currently, they are a Desktop Engineer at Asset Technology Group, where they are responsible for troubleshooting, data removal, and re-imaging of computers and other devices, as well as keeping track of devices in the company’s asset management software.
Ryan St. Onge completed their high school education in 2013, having obtained their High School diploma from Dakota High School in 2009 and from Michigan Virtual Charter Academy in 2011. Ryan then attended Baker College of Clinton Township, studying Information Technology and Security, from 2013 to the present. In 2016, they obtained an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
