Matthew Dunlop

Matthew Dunlop, Ph.D., currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations at Visa, following a distinguished career in the field of cybersecurity. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Security Architecture & Product Security Engineering at Visa, Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Secure Infrastructure at Under Armour, and Vice President of Global Technology and Co-CTO at Under Armour. Matthew has also held notable positions within the U.S. Army, including Colonel and Director roles at the United States Cyber Command and U.S. Army Cyber Command, where responsibilities included overseeing cyber operations and applied research. Academically, Matthew earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
