Riley Gilson

Riley Gilson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and customer success. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at AssetWatch®, Riley has successfully led the company through significant growth, increasing annual recurring revenue from $12.5 million to over $22 million. Previously, in the role of Director of Customer Success, Riley oversaw the onboarding of over 300 new facilities, advancing annual recurring revenue from $500,000 to over $12 million. As a co-founder of Credit Fair-E, Riley played a pivotal role in establishing the startup, focusing on strategy, marketing, and customer acquisition. Additional experience includes positions at Huntington National Bank, KEMBA Financial Credit Union, and Simmons Design Co., showcasing a diverse background in sales, customer service, and business development. Educational qualifications were obtained from Columbus State Community College and Ohio State University-Mansfield Campus.
