Mercedes Albarracin

Mercedes Albarracin has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Mercedes began their career in 2012 at FirstService Residential, where they served as a Senior Community Association Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing a portfolio of 33 communities and over 5,000 units. Mercedes also assumed Regional Director responsibilities and played a key role in budget preparation and annual meetings.

In 2019, Mercedes joined Cushman & Wakefield as a General Manager for a luxury hi-rise property. Mercedes successfully spearheaded the setup of a new build, establishing operational procedures and preventive maintenance schedules. Mercedes conducted a comprehensive market survey to identify accurate comps and prepared detailed annual budgets. Mercedes achieved high occupancy rates while maintaining healthy concession margins.

Most recently, Mercedes has been working at Associa as the Director of Community Management for North Texas. Mercedes assumed this position in September 2020 and is currently leading community management initiatives in the region.

Throughout their career, Mercedes has demonstrated strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of property management, and a commitment to achieving exceptional results.
