Kristen Key, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles spanning over 16 years. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Associated MetalCast since August 2016, Kristen previously held the position of Human Resources Director at OrthoGeorgia, where responsibilities included managing employee relations across multiple locations. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Altec, where Kristen was the primary recruiter for manufacturing positions, and as a Field Recruitment Coordinator at HealthSouth, overseeing therapy and nursing student loan programs and national career conferences. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from The University of Alabama.
