Andrew S. Fortin

Andrew S. Fortin is the Senior Vice President, External Affairs at Associa. Andrew has extensive experience working in government and public affairs and has been a primary industry advocate on federal and state legislative, legal and regulatory issues related to nonprofit community associations. Andrew has also served as the Vice President, General Counsel for the National Club Association and as a Contract Attorney for a variety of clients. In their role as Senior Vice President, External Affairs at Associa, they are responsible for Drafting and authoring articles, memoranda and presentations, providing strategic leadership to volunteers on legislative issues affecting nonprofit community associations, administering the industry amicus request and review process, coordinating and growing the College of Community Association Lawyers, and providing strategic vision for development of industry publications, courses and other collateral based on legislative, legal and regulatory trends.
