Kim Haesen

Kim Haesen is an experienced professional in the fields of communication, digital analysis, UX design, and psychology. Currently serving as a communication staff member at Asster vzw since August 2020, Kim is also the Founder and Visual Facilitator of Droodle since May 2019. Prior roles include digital analyst/UX designer at PENCIL42, psychologist for development and research at The Human Link, and network psychologist/coordinator at Netwerk Palliatieve Zorg Limburg. Significant contributions to innovative automated virtual reality treatments for anxiety disorders were made while part of a consortium at The Human Link. Kim holds a PhD in Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from KU Leuven, focusing on learning mechanisms related to clinical anxiety.
