Joanne Painter

Joanne Painter is an accomplished professional in application support and service delivery, currently serving as the Director of Application Support at AssuredPartners since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Director of Service Delivery at Dollar Financial Money Mart and Service Delivery Project Manager at Synchrony Financial. Joanne's career also encompasses significant positions in database administration and project leadership at GE Capital, Legg Mason, Citigroup Asset Management, Instinet Inc., and Lehman Brothers. Joanne holds an MS in Computer Science from Fordham University and an M.A. in Special Education from Smith College.
