Joy Coleman

Joy Coleman has a diverse work experience in the field of IT transformation and project management. Joy is currently working as a VP of IT Transformation at AssuredPartners. Prior to that, they were an Advisory Board Member and Chief Digital Transformation Officer at MagRabbit, Inc. where they provided planning and delivery expertise to clients. Before joining MagRabbit, Inc., Joy held the position of Executive Director at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, leading the Enterprise Project Management Office with a team of 350+. Joy also worked as an IT Transformation & Executive Management Consultant at Stanley Black & Decker and held various roles at Dell, including Executive Director and Director of IT Portfolio and PMO. Additionally, they have experience as a Project/Account Manager at DXC Technology and as an Operations Manager at 1-800 Service Partners.

Joy Coleman obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. In addition to their degree, they also hold a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in July 2001.
