Charlotte Ward

Charlotte Ward is an experienced laboratory technician currently serving as a Senior Laboratory Technician at Aston Manor Cider since May 2021, where responsibilities include training laboratory staff, managing quality control checks, and performing chemical and microbiological tests on ciders to accreditation standards. Prior to this role, Charlotte worked as a Biotechnologist at Dante Labs, conducting qPCR investigations on NHS COVID-19 samples and operating specialized laboratory equipment. Charlotte's experience also includes serving as a Customer Adviser at Argos, where assistance was provided to customers with queries and complex problems. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Genetics and Molecular Biology from the University of Wolverhampton, earned between 2017 and 2020.
