John Chun

John joined Astorg in 2021 and is a member of the Investment Team.

Prior to joining Astorg, John was a Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management in New York where he led healthcare services and healthcare IT private equity investments. Before that, John was an Investment Analyst at Blue Ridge Capital in New York focused on global long-short equity investments across industries. Before that, John was a Senior Associate at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe in New York focused on healthcare and technology private equity investments.

John started his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York with the Financial Sponsors Investment Banking team.

John holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting with minors in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
