Lotte Vermeiren has a diverse work experience in HR and payroll roles. Lotte started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco in 2011. In 2012, they worked as an HR Officer at DHL Supply Chain and as a Payroll Specialist at Prime BVBA. Lotte then joined Astra Sweets in 2016 and held various positions including HR Business Partner Payroll, HR Business Partner People & Organisation, Compensation Benefits Manager, and most recently, HR Manager and HR Director.
Lotte Vermeiren began their education by attending the Karel de Grote-Hogeschool from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Later, in 2019 and 2020, Lotte enrolled in Lumina Spark, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.

Astra Sweets adds flavour to the confectionery sector. From our plants in Turnhout (BE), Harlingen (NL) and Nijkerk (NL), we bring delight to consumers in over 25 countries with our delicious sweets. We mainly develop and manufacture private label products, but also have a number of strong brands in our portfolio, including Frisia. Within 3 product categories: gums, mallows and UFOs, we capitalise on trends and develop new ones ourselves, in order to give clients every opportunity and to surprise consumers. Innovation, quality and service play a major role in our organisation.
