Elena Alymova

Elena Alymova is the current Head of Development and Talent Management at AstraZeneca. Elena has previous experience working as a Talent Management Expert at Bayer, from August 2016 to September 2017. Elena has also worked as the Head of Corporate University at SNS Group of Companies, from October 2014 to October 2015. In their previous role at EY, Elena was the EMEIA TAS Learning Program Manager from February 2012 to October 2014. Elena began their career working as a T&D Professional at Enel OGK-5, from January 2011 to February 2012, before moving to KPMG where they worked as an L&D Supervisor from September 2005 to January 2011. Elena has also worked as a Senior Administrator at Accountancy Tuition Centre (International) Limited, from August 2002 to September 2005.

Elena Alymova studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the "Human Resources Director" School and Moscow Pedagogical State University.

They work with Will Dempsey - Director, Global Talent Acquisition, Mollie McAuliffe - Global Talent and Development Director, and Rosanna Stissi - Head of Talent & Development and Employee Relations. Their manager is Marc Howells, VP & Head of Global Talent & Development.
