Jo Lancaster-Towers possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within the biopharmaceutical and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Global Talent Scout & Capability Lead for Global Operations at AstraZeneca, Jo has held various leadership roles, including Global Talent Acquisition Lead for Global AstraZeneca Operations and Global Talent Scout for Global Commercial Biopharm. Previous experience includes serving as an External Recruitment Specialist at Rolls-Royce and Recruitment Partner for Global Development at AstraZeneca. Jo also held the position of Managing Director at Esprit Resource Solutions Ltd and Business Development Manager at Leap29. An alumnus of The University of Manchester with a degree in HNC Applied Biology and Medical Laboratory Sciences, Jo completed secondary education at Tytherington County High.
