Jody Parsons

Jody Parsons is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as the Talent and Development Lead for the EUCAN region at AstraZeneca since April 2017. With a strong background in executive research and human resources, Jody has held various leadership roles within AstraZeneca, focusing on global talent acquisition and market access. Prior to AstraZeneca, Jody directed executive research at Artemis Research Associates Ltd, and contributed to the life sciences sector through roles at J Taylor Executive Research, PiR Group, Eames Associates Biomedical Recruitment Ltd, Eclipse Scientific Group, and AgrEvo UK Ltd. Jody holds a BSc in Chemistry from Anglia Polytechnic University.
