Sejal Rajagopalan is the current Vice President of Human Resources at SmithRx. Sejal has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources and Finance. Prior to their current position, Rajagopalan was the Director of Human Resources at C3 for two years and two months. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at endpoint Clinical for five months. Rajagopalan has also held the position of Director of Human Resources at ServiceMax - From GE Digital for four years and six months. In this role, they were responsible for developing and leading the strategic vision and execution of scalable HR programs. Additionally, they were in charge of driving best practices on global on-boarding, retention & exit, compensation and payroll programs, benefits and wellness, company policy/procedures, process improvement/ implementation, immigration policy and risk & compliance. Rajagopalan has also served as an HR Business Partner and was the primary liaison on employee relation matters, HR programs and policies, employment laws and regulations. Sejal has also led/ driven the HR M&A life-cycle from project kickoff through due diligence, integration planning and integration execution. Prior to their role at ServiceMax, Rajagopalan was the HR and Finance Leader at Encore Software Services for three years and five months. Sejal has also held the same position at Cyber Professionals, Inc. for four years and eight months. Rajagopalan began their career as a Sr. Trader - Fixed Income Securities at Pioneer Intermediaries Pvt Ltd for one year and seven months before moving to Parag Parikh Financial Advisory Services Limited where they worked as a Trader, Fixed Income Securities for one year and four months.
Sejal Rajagopalan has an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management in the field of finance and a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Mumbai. Sejal is also a professional in human resources with a certification from HRCI.
