Liz Moran

Liz Moran is the current Global Head of Talent and Accelerated Development at AstraZeneca. Liz has held this position since September 2014. Prior to this, they were the Director- Global Employee Engagement at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from January 2005 to December 2014. Before that, they were at Urban Outfitters from June 2004 to January 2005 as the Benefits Manager.

Liz Moran has an MBA from PennWest Clarion and a degree in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Liz is certified in Hogan Assessment Systems and Korn Ferry Leadership Architect.

Liz Moran works with Will Dempsey - Director, Global Talent Acquisition, Mollie McAuliffe - Global Talent and Development Director, and Elena Alymova - Head Of Development and Talent Management. Liz Moran reports to Marc Howells, VP & Head of Global Talent & Development.
