Joseph Schneider III

Joseph Schneider III has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Joseph is currently working at Astreya as the Vice President of Solution Engineering & Service Quality. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Technical Product Management at Astreya.

Before joining Astreya, Joseph worked at Startup Contingent Leadership where they served as the Customer Success & Experience Lead for Woven Software. Joseph also provided customer growth consultation services to early-stage startups and was involved with Investorkeep, an early-stage startup. Additionally, they worked in digital product marketing and sales operations at Worktruck Solutions and was responsible for digital media strategy at the Office of California State Senator Jim Nielsen.

Joseph's career also includes a role as an Adjunct Professor at California State University, Chico, where they taught courses in management theory and entrepreneurship and was a guest lecturer in various classes.

Joseph'sprevious experience includes significant roles at companies such as Facebook, where they were the Head of Internal User Operations and implemented a data-driven model for measuring customer success. Joseph also worked at The White House as an Advisor in the Executive Office of the President, providing recommendations for restructuring operations and user support. Additionally, Joseph served as a Senior Manager of IT at KLA, and as the Managing Owner of CANTONIA Group.

Earlier in their career, they held positions at Portera Systems, DIGIBÉRIA, and SoftBank Group Corp., where they held senior-level roles in network engineering, information services, and technical operations, respectively.

Joseph Schneider III has a Certificate in Operations & Analytics from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, which they obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1999. In addition, they obtained a Certification in Engineering Project Management from the same university, which they completed from 1989 to 1991.
