Catherine Hale

Catherine Hale is a prominent leader in the field of disability inclusion and advocacy, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Astriid and a Research Consultant at King's College London. Catherine founded Chronic Illness Inclusion, a Disabled People's Organisation dedicated to promoting equality for individuals with energy limiting conditions and chronic pain. In various roles, Catherine has directed policy research, led groundbreaking projects, and established partnerships with academic institutions and organizations to improve employment experiences for people with long-term health conditions. Catherine's extensive research background includes contributions to significant reports and collaborative studies focused on chronic illness, social security, and disability rights.
