Shalu Dugtal

Shalu Dugtal is currently the Team Lead for Talent Acquisition at Astroyogi since May 2023. Prior to that, Shalu worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition at Next Prospects from April 2019 to May 2023. Shalu has experience in handling the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting day-to-day coordination with clients for new requirements and interview schedules. Shalu holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration and Management from the School Of Open Learning.
