Lara Creber

Lara Creber has a diverse work experience in the field of talent management and acquisition. Lara'smost recent role is as Talent Acquisition, Team Lead at Lactalis Canada, where they started in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lactalis, starting in January 2022.

Before joining Lactalis, Lara worked as a Talent Management Consultant at LCC Inc from May 2012. Lara has also served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Executive Recruiter at TalentMinded Inc. from September 2017 to January 2022.

Earlier in their career, Lara held the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Exertis NA from September 2014 to January 2017. Lara was also the Director of Client Development at CareerJoy from November 2012 to September 2014.

Lara's experience also includes working at altisHR, where they held multiple roles including Marketing and Placement Director, Placement Consultant, and Team Lead from October 2000 to December 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Placement Director at Quantum Management Services Ltd. from September 1996 to October 2000.
