Paola Olivera has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Paola started their career at Mondelēz International as a Recruiting Administrator, where they were responsible for creating requisitions, managing the onboarding process, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Paola then moved on to become a Latin America Recruiter, where they sourced and recruited candidates from various resources and developed strategies for diversity recruitment.

In 2019, Paola joined Bacardi as a Human Resources Sr. Analyst, where they provided operational talent search support and managed the entire hiring lifecycle. Paola then progressed to become a Human Resources Admin Team Lead, overseeing a team of Sr. Analysts responsible for global HR administration processes. Currently, they hold the role of Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Bacardi, where they drive the performance of a multicultural team and builds an annual plan to align short-term work with long-term goals. Throughout their career, Paola has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on strategic growth and expansion.

Paola Olivera completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from EAE Business School from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Psychology from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, they completed a Técnico degree in Human Resources Administration from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR from 2015 to 2016.
