This position will report to our corporate office in Austin, TX.
How I will contribute
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our team. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including the recruitment process, new hire onboarding, record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Creating and posting job advertisements.
Tracking status of requisitions.
Scheduling meetings and interviews as requested by the recruiting team, and processing offers in the ATS.
Conducting onboarding and new hire paperwork including I-9s and background checks.
Maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS, including entering new hires, pay changes, personal information changes, promotions, etc.
Reconciling benefit invoices.
Assisting with the offboarding process, including processing termination paperwork.
Assisting with audit requests and audits of benefits or other HR programs.
Managing personnel files.
Responding to verification of employment requests.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Interpersonal Skills: Builds and maintains positive relationships with colleagues and candidates.
Problem-Solving: Identifies issues and takes initiative to resolve them.
Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
