Charles River CFO, Inc. is growing and we are looking for a talented recruitment manager with knowledge and experience in the accounting and finance profession. A CPA with Big 4 experience or a controller with a degree in accounting is preferred.  This is a great opportunity to work part-time with a flexible schedule on an “as needed” basis if that's appealing to you.  

We are searching for a self-motivated Recruiting Manager to source the best talent to join our team who will provide exceptional service to our clients. This role will be a key player on our Human Resources team and will interact regularly with our VP of Business Development. 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:

• Demonstrated experience sourcing, screening and recommending qualified applicants and identifying potential “fit” through effective interviewing

• Experience sourcing accounting/finance professionals as well as other professional and technical roles

• Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent

• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting

• Continuously develop networks to actively build a database of candidates

• Ability to work closely with our Vice President of Business Development to identify needs and participate in prospect calls to identity talent needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and a minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition and interviewing experience preferred

• CPA preferred

• Big 4 accounting professional service consulting experience preferred

• Proven ability to understand and communicate an organization’s value proposition

• Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting

• Excellent oral/written communication, interviewing and interpersonal skills and a self-starter with excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills
