Currently serving as the Head of Customer Engagement at AirtelTigo since January 2021, Lovelace has also held the position of B2B Customer Experience Marketing & Operations at AirtelTigo Ghana since February 2018. Prior to these roles, Lovelace worked as the Service and Administration Manager at Millicom Ghana Ltd since April 2014 and began a career in corporate sales as a Corporate Sales Supervisor at MGL in April 2006.
