Julie Flowers Conley

Julie Flowers Conley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in store operations and customer experience. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Store Operations & Customer Experience at At Home Group Inc. since February 2014, Julie oversees Store Operations Services and reports directly to the COO. Previous roles at At Home Group include Chief of Staff to the Office of the CEO and various senior director positions focused on store experience and planning. Prior to At Home Group, Julie held multiple public relations roles at Brinker International. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a Minor in Business from The University of Texas at Austin and completed a Graduate Finance Program at Southern Methodist University.
