Work Arrangement: Hybrid: You’ll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.

Are you passionate about ensuring the highest level of quality in software development? Do you have an eye for detail and a "super human" talent for identifying bugs and other troublesome issues in software development? If so, we have an exciting opportunity here at ATB for you as a Quality Assurance specialist. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our Content Management System products meet the highest standards for quality, reliability and performance. You will collaborate closely with our talented development team to identify, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the development lifecycle

Role  Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for enhancement, support, and maintaining architectural integrity of the QA process
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify the functionality our sites with an emphasis on automation
  • Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively for creating a good working relationship within our internal and or external teams
  • Shows strong initiative by being prepared to work, offering to take charge or lead on tasks. Be proactive instead of reactive and not afraid of breaking out of comfort zones
  • Offer feedback and guidance on tools and best practices
  • Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that defects are marks and surfaced to the development team
  • Develop and maintain test data, test environments, and test scripts to support efficient and effective testing process
  • Monitor and report on test results, providing clear and concise feedback to the development team
  • Work with technical teams outside of our group to develop end-to-end features/integrations across cloud, mobile and web infrastructures.
  • Ensure adherence to ATB’s security procedures and protocols as well as compliance standards within the industry.
  • Confidence to achieve and brings an enthusiastic attitude towards any challenges that presents themselves
  • Utilize SCRUM and Agile methodologies to complete tasks and accomplish workflows
  • Participate in agile development processes, attending SCRUM event/ceremonies (ex: sprint planning, daily stand -ups, retrospective meetings etc)
  • Create and maintain accurate run books for technical product troubleshooting.
