Pete Molenaar

Pete Molenaar has extensive experience in the banking industry. Pete started their career in 1994 at Scotiabank, where they held various roles, including Vice President & Head of Western Canada & National Agricultural Group. In this position, they oversaw commercial banking sales and service to customers in western Canada and nationally for the agricultural services team. Pete also served as the Vice President of Commercial Banking for the Prairie Region and the Head of Agricultural Banking, leading a national sales team providing banking and lending services to Canada's agricultural industry.

In 2017, Molenaar joined HSBC Commercial Banking as the Senior Vice President & Head of Commercial Banking for the Western Region. Pete'sresponsibilities included overseeing the commercial banking business for Western Canada, including mid-market and large corporate clients. Pete played a key role in executing HSBC's strategy for commercial banking and supporting customer growth domestically and internationally.

In 2022, Molenaar joined ATB Capital Markets, where they initially served as the Head of Corporate Banking. Pete then assumed the role of Head of Investment Banking in 2023. Additional details about the duration of these roles were not provided.

Pete Molenaar obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Montana State University-Bozeman, where they studied from 1992 to 1994.
