Karen Branson

Karen Branson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technical account management, information technology, and customer service. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at ATCOM Business Technology Solutions since July 2019, Karen previously worked as an Independent Contractor providing product support and held significant roles at Brady, including Integration Architect and Director of Information Technology. Karen's experience extends to Grass America, where responsibilities included managing IT operations post-merger with Mepla-Alfit, as well as roles in customer service management at Chemcraft International and Time Warner Cable. Karen holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
