The board of directors at ATD Orange County is made up of experienced professionals from a variety of industries and educational backgrounds. Members of the board have worked as learning experience designers, instructional designers, and senior instructional designers at companies such as Channel Bakers, Western Growers, Pacific Dental Services, and Azusa Pacific University. In addition to their professional experience, members of the board also hold degrees in instructional design and technology from California State University, Fullerton and Azusa Pacific University.
