Jason Eliason has a diverse work experience in customer success and sales roles. Jason started their career as a Lab Assistant/Demonstrator at the University of Johannesburg in 2014 and worked there until 2017. Jason then joined SEPARATIONS as a Sales & Success: Chromatography professional, where they worked from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Jason joined Anton Paar as a Customer Success & Sales representative, initially in Johannesburg and later moving to Tel Aviv. Their responsibilities at Anton Paar included customer onboarding, training, maintaining relationships with key accounts, and post-sale support. Jason worked there until 2021. Afterwards, Jason joined TERA as a Customer Success Manager for six months, and then became the Head of Customer Success at Cognni from December 2021 to June 2022. Currently, Jason is working as a Customer Success Manager at Atera, starting from July 2022.

Jason Eliason pursued their education chronologically. Jason obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biochemistry and Zoology from the University of Johannesburg, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, they briefly attended the University of Johannesburg again to complete their BSc Honours degree in Biochemistry. Later on, in 2019-2020, Jason pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business at Bar-Ilan University.

In addition to their formal education, Jason also obtained several certifications. Jason completed a course on "Design and Interpretation of Clinical Trials" at Coursera in January 2020. In July 2017, they completed a certification on "Dale Carnegie winning with relationship selling" from Dale Carnegie. Furthermore, Jason worked as a Tutor at the University of Johannesburg and received certification for this role in October 2014.
