Abigail Sebton has a diverse work experience. Abigail started their career as a Program Assistant at The Urban Conservancy in 2015. Abigail then took on the role of Research & Data Coordinator from 2016 to 2018. After that, they worked as an Operations & Development Officer from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Inner Harbor Teachings as the Director of Operations & Client Care. In the same year, they also started working as an Organizational Development Consultant at Sebton LLC. Currently, they are the Client Success Manager at Athena, and they also hold the position of Client Support Team Lead.

Abigail Sebton attended Tulane University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Latin American Studies, International Development, and Social Innovation & Social Entrepreneurship. In 2014, they also briefly studied at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Prior to college, they attended West Chester B. Reed Henderson High School from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Abigail obtained a certification from the Civic Leadership Academy at the City of New Orleans in 2016.
