John Balsmeier has held various leadership roles in financial institutions such as Athene USA, Best Buy, Elevations Credit Union, Sunflower Bank, and Ft Riley National Bank. Currently serving as Vice President, Internal Sales at Athene USA, John leads a sales team and advocates for organization, training, and employee development. John also works on strategy development, technology integration, and budget management. With an Associate of Science degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho, John is an experienced professional in building relationships with advisors, managing resources, and shaping company culture.
