Andrew Elnazir has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across multiple industries. Andrew currently holds the position of Vice President at AtkinsRéalis, where they are responsible for business development, marketing, and global strategy. Prior to this, they worked at SNC-Lavalin as a Vice President, overseeing business development, marketing, and strategy, as well as serving as the General Manager for environmental remediation.

Before joining SNC-Lavalin, Andrew held various roles at Ontario Power Generation, including Senior Manager, where they developed strategies for the closure of nuclear generating units and identified cost-saving opportunities. Andrew also served as the Director of Enterprise Learning, Professional Development, and Strategy, where they negotiated and led international nuclear executive development programs and implemented a new Learning Management System. Andrew also managed the nuclear fleet execution and training, leading process improvements and providing industry expertise to improve plant performance.

Earlier in their career, Andrew worked at the Independent Electricity System Operator as an Electricity Market Development Associate and at Honeywell as an Electrical Engineering Associate. Andrew also gained experience at Burlington Hydro Inc. and COM DEV International Systems as an Engineering Services Support and Aerospace Engineering Associate, respectively.

Andrew Elnazir possesses a strong combination of business development, marketing, strategy, and engineering skills, making him a valuable asset in their field.

Andrew Elnazir holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering Honours Co-operative Program from the University of Waterloo, which they completed from 2001 to 2006. Andrew also obtained the professional certification of P.Eng. from Professional Engineers Ontario in September 2009. In addition, Andrew has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University, which they achieved from 2018 to 2021. Andrew was also a Fellow at the University of Oxford in the World Nuclear University program, although the start year is unknown, they completed this program in 2010.
