Pawel Dziedzic

Pawel Dziedzic MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the engineering and project management field. Pawel is currently working as the Head of Engineering Design - T&D at AtkinsRéalité since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of T&D Networks / NG DPS Framework Director at AtkinsRéalis from 2022 to 2023.

Before joining AtkinsRéalis, Pawel worked at Balfour Beatty plc from 2020 to 2022 as a Design Manager / Engineering Group Leader - HV Substations. In this role, they managed and led a team of up to 25 professionals for high voltage substations design and engineering projects. Pawel was responsible for coordinating the delivery of detailed design for multiple multi-million substation contracts.

In 2019, Pawel worked at Hitachi Energy as a Business R&D Principal Engineer / Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Atkins from 2012 to 2019, where they held the positions of T&D Department Manager and Principal Engineer / Project Manager / Engineering Manager. During their time at Atkins, they successfully led and completed over 30 National Grid's projects.

Pawel's earlier work experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Mott MacDonald from 2007 to 2012, where they focused on design and development for substations, overhead lines, and HV cable projects. Pawel started their career at PRO-EL in 2006 as an Electrical Engineer, where they served as a site supervisor and electrical design engineer for the Hot Strip Mill project within the Steel Plant in Cracow.

Pawel Dziedzic MBA holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering from Cracow University of Technology. Pawel has also obtained certifications such as the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ), Chartered Engineer (CEng), and TP141 HV Substation Design Assurance Authorisation.
