Solveig B.

Solveig B. began their work experience in 2021 as a UX Designer at Atkins Norge AS. Solveig worked in this role until October 2022. In 2022, they transitioned to AtkinsRéalis where they took on the role of UX Product Lead. In this position, Solveig is responsible for design across all products in the Digital Portfolio, operating in an agile environment. Their responsibilities include UX strategy, vision, roadmaps, UI/UX playbook, training, developing and maintaining the Design System in Figma, user interface, user experience research, analysis, design, prototyping, wireframing, WCAG guidelines, and interaction design. Solveig is currently still working in this role.

Solveig B. completed a Master's degree in International Service Management from the University of Stavanger from 2016 to 2018. In 2017, they also pursued a Master's degree in Business from Oxford Brookes University. In 2020 and 2021, they attended the UX Design Institute to study UX Design. Solveig B. has obtained additional certifications in Visual Design and UX Design from the UX Design Institute in 2021 and PRINCE2® Foundation from PeopleCert in 2022.
