Nicole E. Kimes

Nicole E. Kimes, CPA has a strong background in finance and accounting. Nicole E. most recently served as the CFO for the Atlanta BeltLine, where they led and managed all financial matters, oversaw finance and accounting policies and procedures, and fostered collaboration across departments and partnerships. Prior to that, Nicole worked as the Vice President of Accounting at MDH Partners, LLC from 2019 to 2021, where they oversaw financial reporting and accounting for various entities and managed reporting to investors and lenders. Before that, they held roles at Cortland as the Director of Accounting Compliance, where they ensured corporate compliance and monitored reporting requirements, and as the Director of Real Estate Accounting Transactions, where they directed accounting for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Nicole also worked at State Street as an Officer in the Alternative Investment Solutions group, managing accounting and operations for a private equity real estate fund. Nicole E. has additional experience as an Accounting Manager at Bomgar Corporation and in real estate investment fund accounting at State Street/Morgan Stanley. Nicole began their career as a Senior Accountant at Cousins Properties Incorporated.

Nicole E. Kimes, CPA holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Accounting from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge. Nicole E. is also a registered Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the Louisiana State Board of CPAs.
