Ajamu Duncan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process management and technical leadership within the chemical industry. Currently serving as Process Maintenance Manager at Atlantic Alumina's Gramercy Operations, Ajamu develops chemical cleaning protocols and forecasts to enhance the precipitation department's efficiency. Previously, Ajamu held the position of Technical Manager at Atlantic Alumina Company and Jamalco, overseeing operations and ensuring compliance with the quality management system for ISO 9001-2015 certification. In earlier roles, Ajamu managed process efficiency at Alcoa Minerals of Jamaica and led a team at Lafarge Gypsum to optimize the manufacturing process.
