Sergey Novikov

Sergey Novikov has a strong background in circuit design and physics. Sergey began their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland in 2009, where they continued their research at the Laboratory for Physical Sciences from 2010 to 2015. Sergey then worked as a Sr. Principal Physicist at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 2015 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Circuit Designer at Atlantic Quantum since June 2022, and will assume the role of Head of Circuit Design starting July 2023.

Sergey Novikov earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Computer Science from the University of Chicago in 2009. Sergey then went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics from the University of Maryland in 2014.
