Ben Curran

Ben Curran has over 25 years of work experience in the real estate and development industry. Ben started their career at Prudential Realty Group as an Associate Real Estate Manager/Analyst, where they managed a portfolio of industrial properties and oversaw leasing and property management. Ben then joined United Airlines as a Senior Manager, Corporate Real Estate, where they handled the negotiation and management of commercial leases and represented the airline on various Airport Affairs boards. Ben later transitioned to Transworld Properties Inc. as Vice President, Equity Investments, before joining Atlantic Residential as the Chief Development Officer. In their current role, they focus on developing high-end multifamily residential and mixed-use investments in multiple primary markets, maximizing value creation while minimizing risk for institutional investors.

Ben Curran has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Wofford College, which they completed between 1987 and 1991. Ben also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Rice University, which they obtained between 1993 and 1995.
