Shawn O'Brien is passionate about finding ways to make banking simpler and smarter for every customer. In his 20+ year career in the finance industry, he has always been equally at home with operational details and big-picture strategic thinking. He leverages this horizontal, holistic understanding of banking in order to lead his team to new ways of considering – and improving – the customer experience.
He is so excited to be on the Atlantic Union Bank team, because they are a bank that’s really focused on its customers’ well-being, and they are in that real sweet spot with the ability to deliver the personal touch people want as well as the digital tools they expect.
He holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and volunteer in my free time to mentor young entrepreneurs.
