Susan Dowling

Susan Dowling, PMP, CSM, currently serves as Assistant VP/Program Manager in the Business Transformation Office at Atlantic Union Bank, leading enterprise-wide program and project management initiatives. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Susan has held key roles in various organizations, including Pioneer Ventures, LLC, where strategic consulting was provided, and Capital One, where project management and program oversight of major integration portfolios were executed. Additional experience includes senior engagement management at Microsoft, product ownership and project management at The Chesterfield Carwash Company, and notable positions at Honeywell and Oracle Corporation, where innovative e-business strategies and new product development were spearheaded. Susan’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Old Dominion University and various continuing studies across multiple prestigious institutions.
